Stuffminder is operated by Devs from Above, LLC (Florida). Early access product — this page is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for formal counsel later.
What the app stores on your device
By default, inventory lives in your browser’s local storage on the device you use. That can include titles, locations, costs, client names, notes, and other fields you enter. Clearing site data or switching browsers can remove it.
Your backup options
- File (always free): Export Backup downloads a JSON file you keep. CSV export is also available. We will not put file export behind a paywall.
- Cloud (optional, free with Google): Sign in, Save To Cloud, Load From Cloud on another device. That is one latest snapshot. Pro keeps the last 10 saves so you can restore an older one. Snapshots live with our cloud provider (Supabase), scoped to your login. Same sensitive fields as a file export. File export stays free either way.
We do not sell your inventory data.
What we don’t do (first wave)
- Require an account for basic local use
- Auto-post listings to eBay, Whatnot, or Facebook
- Use your inventory to train public AI models
Account deletion
In the app, open Account and choose Delete account. Confirm to permanently remove your sign-in, profile, cloud inventory snapshot, and Pro snapshot history. Future Stripe renewals are canceled before deletion. You may need to sign in again. For Apple accounts, we revoke the Apple connection before deleting the account. The confirmation also lets you erase inventory and history from this browser; leave it unchecked to keep your local copy. Downloaded backup files and local inventory on other devices are not erased. Export a backup first if you need a copy. If deletion is unavailable, contact [email protected].
