Terms of use
Stuffminder is operated by Devs from Above, LLC (Florida). This is the terms of use for the web app at stuffminder.com and app.stuffminder.com. It is a plain-language agreement, not a substitute for a lawyer. A separate native EULA comes only if we ship an App Store or Play app.
By using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy page.
What Stuffminder is
A local inventory desk in this browser: what’s in, where it is, what it’s worth. Optional Google sign-in for a cloud snapshot. Optional Pro subscription for extra cloud history and a posting queue. We prepare listing copy. We do not post listings to eBay, Whatnot, Facebook, or anywhere else.
Stuffminder is not a marketplace, POS, vault, appraisal, or legal or tax advice.
No account required
You can use the desk with no account. First sign-in with Google or Apple creates an account. That provider owns the password. We do not offer email/password sign-in.
Your list
- This browser: inventory lives in local storage until you export or save to cloud.
- File export (JSON / CSV) is always free. We will not put it behind a paywall.
- Cloud: one latest snapshot per signed-in account on Free. Pro keeps the last 10 saves.
- You are responsible for backups of anything that matters. Clearing site data can erase the local list.
You keep rights in the content you enter. You grant us only what we need to run sign-in, snapshots, and billing.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the service, scrape it, break other people’s accounts, or store illegal content. We may suspend an account that harms the service or other users. Export a file first if you care about the list.
Pro subscription
Prices and what’s in Pro are on Pricing. Checkout is Stripe. Pro is a subscription (yearly or monthly) until you cancel. Cancel anytime; you keep Pro through the period already paid. Refunds drop Pro immediately. The free desk and file export never depend on a card.
We charge for Pro you can use — extra cloud history and the posting queue — not for a login that no longer exists. The desk without a card is a free tool, not bait.
Pro is attached to the sign-in you used at checkout (the Google or Apple email that matches Stripe). It is not a seat you can hand to someone else, and it is not moved by deleting an account. A new sign-in with a different email is a new, free account unless we attach Pro to it.
If you need the paid period on a different email you control, write [email protected] before you delete. We can try to move it as a courtesy. That is support, not a product button. Delete account does not transfer Pro.
Paying means you agree to these terms, the subscription note on Pricing, and Stripe’s checkout.
Early access
The product is early. Features can change. We provide it as is, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for lost inventory, missed sales, or listing mistakes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or $0 if you paid nothing.
Account deletion
Signed in, Account → Delete account opens a confirmation screen (login, this browser, cloud, backup, Stripe).
Type delete there. That removes the login and its cloud snapshots
(the latest save and Pro history). The inventory in this browser stays. File backups you already exported stay.
If you have Pro, Delete account tells Stripe to stop future charges at the end of the period already paid (cancel at period end). That is not a refund. The card is not charged again after that period. If Stripe cannot be updated, we do not delete the login — use Manage billing or email us.
Delete account does not refund you and does not move Pro to another email.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date below is the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Law
Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Florida, unless a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise.
